Have you ever wondered what the capabilities of advanced AI agents are on today's most advanced platforms? For example, in the screenshot above, I ask the AI agent at richsimple.com a question about interest, it gives a specific answer to Wealthsimple products and limits it to Wealthsimple products only. It didn't tell me the interest rate for the Bank of America checking account.
How does this work? You might say it's easy, LLM (major language model)! Of course, but there is more to it than just an LLM. AI-powered agents, at least the good ones, are powered by large language models so they can understand language and can conduct support sessions in a chat format, such as ChatGPT.
