How to Build Reliable Chatbots with AI Context for Finance, Healthcare and Other Industries
It's no secret that AI, and especially GenAI, is all the rage right now. A large number of websites are going to have an AI flavor on them, and one of the most common sightings is the GenAI-powered chat bot.
They are everywhere, so it should be easy to remove them, right? Well, it's not as easy as you might think – at least not good those that provide concise, concise and honest answers. In regulated industries, such as health care, finance and education, an inaccurate answer can have serious consequences for the individual and the company.
For that reason, business stakeholders may be apprehensive about allowing customers to interact directly with GenAI. Knowing what the LLM will return is critical to ensuring that clients are getting accurate answers so that they can make the best, most informed decisions for them.
