We are announcing a new AI health currency, and a new report that shows the turning point of health in Europe.

At the European health conference in Brussels, Greg Corrado, a distinguished scientist at Google, released a new report written by Google that revealed that the European Health System is suffering from rising costs and staff shortages.

The report highlights how AI is already giving coaches “time back,” such as cutting emergency room wait times by more than an hour.

Building on this momentum, Google announced at the conference $5 million in funding from Google.org through Bayes Impact to launch “EU health,” a new EU health plan. This project will empower front-line nurses, doctors, and managers to build and test their own AI solutions in the open source Bayesian environment. The end goal is to measure these new LED innovations across the EU, freeing up valuable clinical time to improve patient care.
