Policy Maps: Tools to guide the infinite space of LLM vehicle behavior

AI policy sets acceptable behavioral boundaries for AI models, but this is a challenge in the context of large-scale linguistic models (LLMS): How do you ensure the coverage of a large behavioral space? Introducing policy maps, an AI policy design methodology inspired by the practice of physical mapping.
