For the twenty years of Microsoft, I live in the innovation and business structures. I worked after the ceos scenes and ask their future, the targeted founders through drillions-dollar pivots, and they turn to start sparks in strategic engines.

1. Who is the customer?
Not Demographic-this person cares. Give them a name, a day in their life, and desire.

ACTION: What is doing this urgent? How did they settle now (and why is that sucking)?
3. What does success look like?
What changes do you do? Show “after”.
Action: Describe the visualization of your customer. Be positive, financially, effective.
4. Who is the competition?
Not only to direct competitors – see the current character. What are the people doing this? Action: Write existing solutions. Now explain why your way is very better.
Part 2: Locking of Strategy
Setting:
What category do you fit, and how are you unique?
Formula: because [customer]WHO [problem]We Offer [solution] that [unique outcome].
The Blue Ocean Strategy:
Can you redefine the problem? Can you direct an unattended niche? Can you end the Industry BS?
The special value is stable:
What do you have that some cannot copied easily? This can be your personality, your process, your community, or your IP.
Part 3: The purpose of the VENN (Energy Route)
When these 4 gatherings are overlap:
- What do you like?
- What is good?
- What does the world need?
- What will people pay for it?
This is your Founder edge. Create your business from here and everything works better – especially when things get tough.
Section 4: The fastest way to the first Dollar
You don't need a website or logo to start. You need a discussion.
Steps:
- Identify 5 people who can seek your help.
- Talk to them. Listen deeply.
- Give to solve their problem.
- Charge the appropriate price.
- Move results.

- Marketing: Teach you know. Show modifications.
